We’re delighted to be on the shortlist for the ‘Small Business of the Year’ title in the upcoming Welsh Business Awards.
These will be taking place on 5 March in Cardiff’s City Hall, when TV presenter Gethin Jones will be opening the envelopes and announcing the winners in categories as diverse as ‘best use of technology’ and ‘workplace wellness’.
The Small Business of the Year category is open to businesses employing fewer than 75 full time staff and is judged on a mix of consistent growth, strong financial performance and the ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of the markets we operate in.
Having enjoyed such success in 2019 and announced exciting initiatives in Europe and the US, we hope we’ve already ticked all of the boxes for the judges. We’re brushing off our dresses and DJs ready for the big night and will have our fingers crossed that we can add another prestigious trophy to our cabinet, which already includes four Queens Awards for Innovation and International Trade.
For the Small Business of the Year award, REID is up against businesses from across the South and Mid Wales Chamber of Commerce region employing fewer than 75 full time staff. The company’s Managing Director Simon Luke commented: “We’re very excited to be on the shortlist and are in excellent company, alongside some of the most innovative and successful businesses in Wales.”
